What are Wellness Retreats?

A retreat’s purpose is to give ourselves the gift to step out of our routine and to rejuvenate our tired bodies and weary minds.

Our retreats are of different durations – from a half to a full day, from a three to ten days’ experience.

Our Moving Into Peace team prefers to choose locations for our retreats in peace filled places and in beautiful nature environments.

A retreat can take place in public retreat centers providing accommodation and healthy food or in more private settings.

Our MIP retreats main objective is to empower individuals to recognize and apply their own healing abilities.
